LW is open source; anyone can get the source code. Those other versions might be slighty different even though they look the same. Its not cool to call someone else's hard work your own, but it's even worse (in my mind) to treat your source code like Micro$oft does.

Thanks Peerless, just a few good quotes I've picked up along my virtual journy across the internet. I think the security quote was the words of Benjamin Franklin, and the stupidity quote was the words of Albert Einstein, but I'm not sure. The last one I think I read somewhere, and it sounded quote worthy.

we've also found shareaza clones, and they are violating the GPL because they need to put the source code with the binaries and they are not doing that
