 I'm another ...... AllCoolMusic.... I only found out by mistake I have been had! Reading all these posts they must be making millions! They seem right and propper I went for lifetime music and films I was just thinking of paying for pro thank God for you guys "Lord of the Rings" to name one. Talking to my CC company hope they can help. Keep trying to get intouch with AllCoolMusic but no answer, 30 days has just gone by for a full refund. How do we stop these *!*!*!*!*!* Steve  |

 ipoddownloads.com Watch out for these guys. You pay for unlimited everything and then link you to LimeWire. They send you the "Videoria" video converter which gives me a "fatal error" message on my new Dell when I try to install it. It's a scam, stay with LimeWire |

 payed I just realized why limewire pro doesnt recognize my email address to be able to enter a support ticket!!!!!!!!! I did pay the $34.95 2 years ago through what I thought was a legit site. I had no idea that you dont pay except for pro. I do have pro, was able to upgrade, but need to transfer limewire connection to a new computer. Any suggestions how to do this? I tried once b4 and was given a piracy message. thanks for any help tonya |

| Hello I think I'm 1 of those silly people too !!!! I went to google last sunday looking 4 music download sites and havent got a clue ,kept looking at all the different ones and they all lead to limewire which I knew I wanted .I sadly joined one for £14.99 lifetime membership and £9.97 Pro Vison that I didnt ask for along with £8.88 spy remover that I also never requested !!!!! the site was ares-software-download.com , is this another one of those sites ?? they never sent an email to confirm and it said the 1st 7 days were free and you could cancel .My credit card has been charged £33.73 but fortunately iI have spoken to the card company and at the monment they are stopping payment to them ,So is this another one of those scammers ??? sorry to bother you all just that I would like help stop this ,as there ard probably thousands of us new ipod owners out there doing exactly the same as me. | Another victim? MP3MusicHQ.com I think I've been scammed as well! I was in a bit of a rush as I was about to rush of to a gig and I needed to hear a song so my band could play it, someone suggested Limewire. I thought I had logged on to Limewire but obviously not (I found the site with a search on Google) and yes I paid for a 2year subsctiption (99p - UK- per month I think!). Then I got an email from MP3MusicHQ.com with a bill as follows (UK prices): Quantity Description Amount 1 2 Year Membership 14.16 1 PRO-Version 9.97 1 SpyRemover 8.88 Total Charge 33.01 and a link to http://MP3MusicHQ.com/me/login.asp which threw me as there was no mention of Limewire yet it mentioned the order ID number that had been generated when I placed the order. I followed the link (which now cannot be contacted!) and there was no email address etc only a phone number (which I called (my face is going red as I think how this must sound) where I had to leave a message as there was no answer. (There was also something about Mp3ehlpdesk.com who say they act on behalf of various internet companies.) MY QUESTIONS are: 1 Is the livewire program I downloaded OK or is it different/bad in some way? 2 I paid (foolishly, cos I was in a rush) with a DEBIT card not A CREDIT CARD! so I don't suppose I am covered? 3 Will they keep trying to take money out of the account or can they only do it on a one off? (I don't know how these sytems work) Sorry it's so long. I've read lots of messages on this subject and you all seem like really nice, helpfull people. I hope someone can put my mind at rest on the above. Cheers |

| Trying to find resolution Sounds like you jumped too quick too..... but I REALLY thought I was doing it right!!!! UGH!!! I've tried to contact ClickBank through their website, following the forms they have, but I haven't heard anything yet - I'm not going to give up. Fraud is Fraud. |

| membership scam It appears to be a legit site. I stil have the e-mail confirming my charges (way back when), but they have "do not reply to this e-mail" and refer me back to this forum. I just want to find a contact for Limeware. This is the only contact info they have for basic LimeWare. |

Above is what the e-mail confirmation of membership says. Any contact for basic LimeWare from the website linked me to this forum. You can either sign on if you have Pro version, or upgrade to pro version. There is no contact information. I am stil able to download, I have lost some of the functions I originally had and have questions. I had no idea there was a scam going on. |

| I feel really dumb. I got taken by a website call mp3-Source. http://www.mp3-source.net/ . I've already filed a complaint with the fbi. They offered unlimited access for *****08 per month. I figured if i didnt like it or if it were a scam i'd be out 2 bucks. Next thing i know, they charged me $70.08 USD! Anyone else have any suggestions? |
