Hi All,

How can i get Mp3 metadata without downloading mp3 file to my computer ?. I want metadata from URL of mp3 file.

I want to use Limewire API for my application. I can use class "MP3MetaData" but it requires File and i want to use URL .

For example : http://www.somesite.com/music.mp3

What in the hell are you talking about ????

I want metadata from MP3 file and for this i can use LimeWire API but it works if Mp3 files is on my computer but i want to read MetaData from MP3 without downloading it.

I want to parse remote MP3 file.

if you right click on a file in the search window and select Bitzi Web Lookup you might find what you need this often does not work, as the system depends on some one filling the information in, and this afaik is not possible for mac users. If you preview a file ater downloading a little bit, you will sometimes see the tag, and soetimes just a preview number. does this help atall?
