360proshare. Has anyone else had dealings with the above download engine I am having real problems contacting them because of a problem? |
Bad news I got a guy who just flat out refused to give a full refund - only partial (less $9.95), even when I said I'd take it up with my CC company, and then finally said I'd report it to the Internet Crime Complaint Centre. Got put through to a super eventually, left a voice mail message, doubt that will do any good. Have to go to CC company I suppose. |
I just have been scammed by a moviedownload site. I reported to the support team (the only contact) right away and I got a reply email saying that they do offer an 8 week refund period and a link to the clickbank customer report page. I already reported to the clickbank two days ago but no response yet. How can I email or call the clickbank directly? thanks a lot, |
I have a similar story. but you can get your money back. ring them up and demand it. they will tell you they have to charge the $9 processing fee but dispute this. they agreed to pay a full refund with very little hassle. YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK. |

http://clickbank.com/contact/ There is a address and a fax number (plus some online forms). Where there is a fax number, there should be a phone number to find out.....:smoking: :Smilywais: |
I too have been scammed by Mp3music HQ, I signed up on 11th August and was charged £38.73 approx £20.00 more than I anticipated paying, the automatically charged me for the pro version and additional spyware. Any suggestions as to what my course of action should be? Have sice accessed Frostwire free of charge. |
i got caught in the same trap, by http://www.download-it-free.com/limewire/ they also like to call it http://www.themusicsmembersarea.com/ yes, these people list a whole number of FREE downloading clients. however, their trap is a little different. while they talk about "Lifetime Full & Unlimited Access for only (crossed out)37.95) (crossed out)29.95) - Now Only $23.46!!! (best offer!)", once you've gotten your login, and access their FAQ, you find out that their service is (see below: I thought these programs were free, why am I asked to pay for them? of course, their main "Support" link in the navbar goes to http://www.mp3helpdesk.com/contact.asp and their "Web-chat" is "Coming soon! Enjoy the most interactive support experience available on the net today: Live web-chat!" pah. more bullsh!t. i've emailed support@mp3helpdesk.com and am waiting for a responce... i'll post any replies here, as well. |
Here's the contents of the email I sent to support@mp3helpdesk.com Quote:

I'll be back again, when next they reply to my latest attack, I mean, message. |
Quick update, after sending a couple of emails (which were not replied to) I finally took the bull by the horns and rang an 0845 number listed on help site, spoke to a guy called Ryan Smith (who was very helpful) and should be getting a refund via my credit card within 8-10 days. Fingers crossed. Will post again when confirmed. I had also contacted my credit card company desputing the charge, but had not completed the relevant paperwork. Told them of this so perhaps that helped. |
Well add me to this list as well. I really feel like an IDIOT. I will take some solice from this experiance,Im glad they didnt clean out my bank account. I will research and find forums like this before I even think about grabbing my wallet. Personally these type of preditors should be locked up because all of us that works hard for what we buy is what makes it sting because they dont do diddly for stealing our money.but I will get them I pulled the site from my history bar and I will make sure they get what they give. amen to all peeps who work for what they have |
