It will be titled under whatever you search for. It's autogenerated spam!!! See autogenerated mp3 spam results (click on link)

No normal audio files are under 2 MB so when you do a search, double-click on the top of the size column of the search results window & that will put the largest on top. DON'T get confused between KB & MB!!!

I think I remember reading on this forum a while back of a nasty virus related to a Bill Clinton message or something along those lines... Be careful.
