Default Deleting Files From Limewire Library-don"t

Many Limewire and Frostwire users, wanting to remove files from the Library, select the Delete option, or press the Delete button. Never ever do this if you want to hear the files again. They will be deleted from your hard drive. They will not go to the Trash/Recycle Bin.

This applies to all Limewire and Frostwire versions up to and including 4.12.6. The Limewire Beta version 4.13 and subsequent versions will have deleted files sent to the trash/recycle bin, which is good news

To stop sharing files, select the Stop Sharing option!

If you wish to remove unwanted files from the incomplete folder, then use DELETE .... Never at any other time.

If you have deleted files accidentally, there is a way to restore them BUT there is no certainty it will work, and it may involve paying money for the software. Although there are free applications that might find the files, you may have to pay for one to retrieve them. Whatever you do ... The sooner the better, and do not do more on your computer than the absolute minimum.

The following links might help in the event that you have deleted files.
