Question Lime wire support??? What support?

I have sent support a message asking for help....they needed me to quote" the error message!" it was quoted...they asked i do it again...i did! Asked them to help!! Told them error message was sent the last time..Thier responce!! " IF I SENT ANOTHER MESSAGE WITH THAT ATTITUDE>>>I WOULD RECEIVE NO HELP!".....is this one lone incompetant fool...or is ALL limewire support the same?? I can and will quote the message for any supervisor with LIMEWIRE!

Untill then...think twice before subscribing!

It sounds like you didn't include all the details for the error report or they wanted you to retest it under different conditions after having tried something else to solve the issue in the meantime. And it gives the impression you lost your hat thinking there wasn't a simple one off solution. It does sound like you were not especially patient. And it probably showed in your correspondence to them. Yelling & screaming at support personnel or anybody isn't the most diplomatic method to achieve a result. But perhaps that's in your persona. Mirror time. Imagine someone doing the same to you. Have a close look in the mirror. See those red eyes, swolen ears, puffy cheeks, ... lightning.

I see you have come to this forum, not for help, but simply to flame, troll & bleed your anguish.

I Need Help. I Have Limewire Pro. But It Won't Work On My Ibook. It Says Connecting Or Disconected. Now What? Can Anyone Help Me? My Connection Is Fine. I'm Online Now. But No Limewire.
