Music sharing: is it legal?
 

Hi all,
I am helping out a personal friend who is a missionary in Rwanda with some computer issues. He is using LimeWire to share music, although I am not sure that this is legal.

And no I don't use LimeWire myself because I don't want to risk legal trouble.

Is it absolutely legal (not safe, I mean legal as in if the RIAA knew about it they would say it's OK) to download music with LimeWire?
