I used the very old Morpheus (sp) years ago, and inbetween having both my children (No pun intended) I just got back up to speed or I think I am. I am a software nut and running a great rig, I would gladly share anything that I may have that someone needs, but I would just like to download a few "childrens flicks and some things for my father whom has prostate cancer and can't leave his home, can someone advise me on which types of files I should download, how to get them completely and a slight bit quicker?

I can't really tell you much about the best format, I hardly ever d/l movies (those that I have d/led were .avi)! Use the search (top right) & look for best format, movie download format or something similar.

Before you do d/l a file, check it out with Bitzi. If the file's been rated, you'll get an idea of content & quality. Saves wasting time downloading misnamed porn

i'd be careful about downloading childrens stuff.... there's a lot of porn when you search for that kind of stuff. generally movies are either .mpg or .avi

what happened to 'good ol Morpheus'?....

at the present, after being run out of town in many places, they are trying sue everyone in site (ok, and exaggeration) over supposed copyright infringement...I for one don't believe a word of what they say...probably hoping for an out of court settlement so they can pay their lawyers (cause of course they are being sued)
