m4a probs

:confused: originally, (just this week) i downloaded the vlc player, great!
I downloaded the codex pack for m4a....nothing happens
What do I need to do?

I was just able to open one by going hitting the explore button, then clicking the song on the shared screen. Surely there is an easier way..

VLC can play m4a files on its own!!! Yes VLC can also play most audio formats!
