Cool Limewire PRO lost!

Hi,

I puchased Limewire PRO July 28th 2005. I still have the email receipt/confirmation, but it will not allow me to re-download Limewire PRO. I cannot go to the PRO support page because it doesn't recognize my email. I am sure I have used the correct email address because I'm reading the email receipt in that email box right now!

If anyone can help me with this problem, please email me at [edit]

Buying Pro entitles you to 6 months of updates & email support. If you bought it 16 months ago, your email address won't be in the database anymore:wink: It's up to each person to make backups of their Pro installers.
If you bought some 'lifetime membership' thing then you were scammed.

The only official site for buying Pro, or downloading basic (free) LW is www.limewire.com
