I signed up for lime wire pro, paid the money now I cant find it. I tried re-installing but it dont recognize my email address that I used when I signed up. Now it wants me to pay again. Also I got a password for pro but I cant find anywhere that I am supposed to sign in.

Did you buy LW Pro, or 360Share Pro?? There's not much we can do about 360Share Pro as it's a scam version of LW...you'd have to go to their help site/forum, if there is one.
If you bought LW Pro, was it from the official site LimeWire ? Pro costs $18.88 USD & entitles you to email support & free updates for up to 6 months. There is no password for the official Pro. After 6 months, if you don't renew your subscription, your email address will be removed from the database. If you bought 360Share Pro & are trying to download LW Pro from the official LW site then of course your email address won't be recognised!

I signed up for 360share pro about 6 months ago and successfully downloaded some software. However now when I try to connect the software says that I need to open port 6346 to connect to the gnutella network, which I have done, and still no success. Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone else use this software?

I'm not sure that you're likely to get a good response, considering that 360 share pro is scam software...have you ever successfully used the software? If not, why don't you give Limewire Basic a try (it's free). Then we may be able to help you further.
