I purchased Lime Wire Pro today (once I hope) and It refuses to recognize my email address to give me the link to install. I used my Nortonpassword form filler, the same one I used to become a member here. I checked it out and it still won't recognize it, and neither does the support by email! HELP!!!!! I am running basic just fine. I ran the conectivity test and it said it worked! I am running XP, SP2, 3.29GHz, 1.12G ram,Toshiba Sattlite, pentium 4, laptop.

What site did you purchase LW from?? Please give Details

I made sure that it was limewire.com. I selected the 12 month upgrades for $34.95. Not subscription. 1 time fee. It took me to the information page, payment detals etc., still LW.com. When I hit submit securely, it said page cannot be displayed. I waited for an email, nil. I went back to the same site, went to info page, selected already purchased lw pro, asked for my email and said could not be found. Tried many times, tried to access support ans was asked for email same thing, can't be found. Against my better judgement, I thought maybe my payment didn't go through, tried again and same thing. Now I'll probably be charged twice and have no way of contacting them. Their only contact is through email and they ask for yours 1st and they say mines not valid. catch 22. If anyone can help I would very much appreciate it!!!!!!!! And again basic works fine.

there is a scam going.the name is C.J.BINK AND THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO
REACH.I CLICKED 14.99 AND MY CARD DEBIT WAS 52.00 US.I DO NOT HAVE THE SERVICE AND I,M **** OUT OF LUCK FOR MY $.

hi, thanks for the reply. Mine actually was legitimate. For some reason, when I hit submit for purchase, my browser would say " page cannot be displayed " so the transaction never went through thank God!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry about your problem. Make sure you report it!!!!!!!!!

well It Looks Like I've Been Had For $50.by Who Ever They Are.well I Still Have Basic At Last.but I Could Have Put The 50.to A Better Use.
