Only one GMail contact appears
 

I successfully signed on to GMail hoping to use friends feature to share files with another GMail user. Only the first of my GMail contacts appeared in the list of friends I could share with. Limewire version is 5.2.8. Any idea what might be wrong?

I'm also having trouble with the Friends thing. My contacts appear but the friend I'm trying to share with doesn't show as sharing even though neither of us are firewalled & all friends are showing in the list of friends & all lists are shared with friends.

Have you tried clicking on Friends (top of the page) once you've signed in with your gmail info > Add Friend? Add their details then.

Once you've added the friend's details, try sharing. If that doesn't work then try restarting LW & see if it goes then.
