These volunteers keep the board organized and moving. Moderators are authorized to: (in order of increasing severity) Move posts to the correct forums. Many times, members post in the wrong forum. These off-topic posts may impede the normal operation of the forum. Edit posts. Moderators will edit posts that are offensive or break any of the House Rules. Delete posts. Please do not respond directly to the member - a moderator will do what is required. 8. Any impersonation of a forum member in any mode of communication is strictly prohibited and will result in banning. 9. Multiple copies of the same post will not be tolerated. Post your question, comment, or complaint only once. There is no need to express yourself more than once. Duplicate posts will be deleted with little or no warning. 10. Posts should have descriptive subjects. Vague titles such as "Help!", "Why?", and the like may not get enough attention to the contents. 11. Don´t use eMail addresses in your nick. 12. Signatures may be used as long as they are not offensive or sexually explicit. 13. Failure to show that you have read the forum rules may result in forum rules breach infraction points or warnings awarded against you which may later total up to an automatic temporary or permanent ban. Supplying system details is a prerequisite in most cases, particularly with connection or installation issues.  Bearshare hides criticism of new.net and Savenow http://bearshare.net/forum/ The above link takes you to a hidden section of bearshare forums. This part is not visible from the normal forum at bearshare.net It's a special section for ad supported software. Almost all the comments are negative, which may explain why this section is hidden away from public view.

It's just that I can't help noticing how much negativity bearshare raises among users in general. And the consistently hostile approach that has been taken against ppl who comment against bearshare. I just thought I'd even the field a little.

Let them see the "lack of posting".Of coss, some ppl will be little shocked at how complaints are dealt with at bearshare. But they will also see the "lack of posting" which caused it to be hidden. But this should not be a worry. It's a dead forum, which has a "lack of posting".  Put the link back on beckER, show us the "lack of posting". |

| Becker! This is link belongs to bearshare, or not? Because we have only one bearshare forum here, this is automatic the rant forum for bearshare too! And I have never seen these forums before... funny because I was almost daily on bearshare.net since september... And Becker I cannot understand that you have edited the link... This is not bearshare.net here... if somebody post something that not belongs to bearshare or any other client move it to general Gnutella... but this thread belongs to bearshare... if Vinnie wants to hide something on bearshare.net we won´t... And deleting a thread??? Hey Becker think twice about this... this is the abosolut last option... and only for illegal links or something else! But where is the fault here? Remember my PM!
