Hi, I am a newbie, question about Cost

Hi, I am a newbie and have had BS for a short while, my question is this if all I am doing is downloading music and storing it on my Sansa player which package would be best for me to purchase or buy from BS, the reason I am asking is that it’s confusing to me when I get into BS and they start talking about $14.95 a month for Ipod etc and mobile storage and so on.

Thanks

Ralph

I wouldn't pay for BS ever...the newer versions are bugged and controlled and in a nutshell pieces of cr@p...

Thanks for that information, it goes to show what a person does not know wouldn't hurt them for instance so far I have had no problems with BS besides trying to find out the best package for my use, the other is ITune what other services are their available????

read the thread and you'll see the post I am obviously responding too...what you can't see is the thread that user created that was pure spam...probably thinking one of us Mods would see the first post (made in this thread) and figure the second post wasn't worth looking at...WRONG...caught her(?) in the act and banned her(?)...

as far as your query to what other 'services' are available...

first, its not a 'service'...they are p2p clients...no files are hosted on a central server, rather they are shared by other users of the network...just because you might pay for the use, doesn't mean you are getting a guaranteed product...for such guarantees you would be using NetFlix or the iTunes store, not a p2p client...there are CANNOT be guarantees of any sort that can be applied truthfully for p2p...

besides BS, there is Phex, LimeWire and its sister/close FrostWire...those 2 are currently being supported and actively developed...Morpheus and other Gnucleus clones are not under developement though will still connect to the network...older versions of Shareaza are good, but the newest ones are bought out pieces of cr@p (i.e. the good Shareaza is out of date, but still works..the one under current development is like the new BS's...bogus)
