 unable to download nessesary files, click here to manually download I have been using LW for some time now and yesterday my boyfriend did some kind of sweep and now it won't work, when I try to redownload the software, it says I have to manually download and then the screen goes away, any idea on what to do, im clueless  |

| uninstall the current installation from the control panel, then go to add/remove programs. download and reinstall it. you should be ok.
