 Limewire cannot create uninstallation information? When I do the online installer and I get to the next step..The installation part, and its copying files to my computer it says, "Limewire cannot create uninstalltion information. Installation will now exit. REstarting the computer can often fix this...I restart and nothing...I restart again...and both times I get the same message...Whats the problem? How do I fix this?  |

 Use the offline installer, there's less chance of installation problems/corruption  Install Java first. Use the JRE offline installer here & remove your old Java version before you install the new one. http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp Now reinstall LW using the offline installer. It will automatically remove a previous version while installing the new one. http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml
