Just double check that your Windows firewall's configured properly.

Also make sure that you don't have a firewall from Verizon active. That might only be available with business internet plans, I'm not too sure.
In LW go tools > options > advanced > firewall config. Change LW's listening port to 64049 > apply > ok. If that doesn't help, you can try any ports in the range of 49152 - 65535.
