Searching

Monty. I have not yet for the life of me found any karaoke in CDG format on the net! All, and there are tons, are in MP3+G. Two files same name. One is mp3 the other cdg. Get them and then convert them to CD+G. karaoke-tutor.com is a great place to get info regarding these issues. Happy Hunting JF

Hi, all!. I'm new to Limewire, and I love it so far. Not sure if I can mention sites to dowload free Karaoke.....but I have two that I use frequently. Will wait for OK from Mods, to see if they mind if I post the websites.

Site for CD+G Downloads

Hey everyone, I did lots of searches and finally found a site that is well worth the small amount you pay. The site is *site name removed* Most CD+G's are .99 cents adn the newer releases are 1.49. I usually buy a 25.00 gift card so I don't have to keep putting such a small amount on my debit at a time. On this site it will direct you where you can purchase a CDG burner. I think I paid $30.00 or 40.00. It was wekk worth it. When you download the file it will be one with just the music and one with graphics and music. I have dial up but have only had a problem wiht one download not opening but when I contacted them they proply fixed the problem. When you think of how much you spent on a collection at say a music or department store for maybe a couple of songs that you want you come out better by paying per ong that way every song is what you want. Hope this helps. :xirokrotima:
Since this thread is about downloading free CD+G, the site name in your post has been removed. Maybe you weren't spamming, but we have to be careful.

I have downloaded several cd+g files from ares. The problem is that you can't record them onto a cd due to it needing to be converted into other formats. I now have 7,000 cd+g and mp3+g files (about 6,000 spanish and 1,000 inglish songs). I am recenlty getting a program to convert them but still in process.

Merlin45 January 9th, 2010 05:45 AM

I have one or two sites that I regularly use, but can't mention them by name, as they will not allow that in this forum. I'm thinking I picked the wrong forum to post in. Why have a forum unless you can help others? Anyway, there are several shareware sites that are out there, and it is NOT illegal nor does it violate any net rules to use them. I have successfully used these sites to download and copy to CD

Karaokeqn request info on transferring CDG's to flash drive

I have just registered for this site. Can anyone tell me how I can copy my CDG's via computor to a flash drive. Is it possible and what program would I use?
I want to use them on my laptop.

Lord of the Rings November 28th, 2011 09:56 AM

Should not need any program. Connect your flash drive and it should show up on your desktop. Simply locate where the cdg files are, then either drag and drop or cut and paste the cdg files into the flash drive.

To find your cdg files, either do a computer search for files and folders with .cdg as a search title. Else, if you used a gnutella program to download these, find where it normally downloads files to (the download folder.) :)
