heh..no, I do not have a detailed tutorial...just 'common' sense about how my internet connection works and what I can do with it, and a few years of experience using p2p programs which means I have learned the hard way of what I can/cannot do...

give me a sec, and I'll fire up BSbeta and examine how I have it set up for my 45KB/s upstream, 1.2MB/s downstream cable connection
