You say it's from defraging your Hard drive that was causing problems, if so is this just protaining to some not all that do this?

Do people do a Scan disk first before the defrag. I simply don't have this problem with the Pro and I wish I know what I do to not have this problem. I'm hands on with computers, not know it all but I can't figure this out why people are saying it happens when a defrag is done.

I bought pro to "support" bearshare, I don't use it because of the many problems I've seen people post about. A step in the right direction would be changing the current "protection". The only thing it's protecting is the increased use of the free version ;)

I got BSpro nov /05 . for a year.
Reformatted, and now need a new key. Even tho I have the old one right in front of me , it wont allow me to enter it .
Ok, so it prompts me to "get a new key" . by which, entering email address I registered with . Well, it never sends me an email with a new key . Not any email at all. And ive entered it a handfull of times, but I never get any emails. Yes , im sure its the email address I registered with . I have the info right in front of me . I would like some help on this please if anyone can help.
