Need help with a current download

I just downloaded ***** **** *****, and when I tried to instal it on my computer it said
Error Creating File, 1008:5,-5000 Access denied error.

Can someone help me?

I guess I wasn't aware that you're not supposed to post names of programs.
I like how nice come people can be! I won't be using this **** anymore.

Really, all I'm asking for is to get the right direction on where to ask this question. I need to install this program and I just need help figuring this out, so if you can't help me, please just direct me to who can. There's no point in me posting threads all over this dang thing when you obviously know where I'm supposed to posting
