Im On Your Side

I know I have said insults about BearShare but if you do not say what you dont like about a client it will never get any better. I like BearShare and think that it's one of the best clients I ahve seen but I still will say what I do and do not like about it such as I will for the other client.

Vinnie, don't think I am just picking on you, your client is great.

Keep up the good work :)

What you said was accusing Vinnie of supporting Spyware and selling informations to the RIAA.

That doesnt help much.

Any client that spies on its users supports spyware, end of discussion.

As for aiding the RIAA I am still waiting for his yes or no answer on weather or not he does.

Do you expect a free copy of bearshare now? Or are you changing your mind every few days?

YES !!! - the same thought has occured to me - I wouldn't have thought it would be very difficult to configure things so that your position in line waiting for a slot to open for some particular download depended on your 'grade' - those who maximise sharing jump ahead of those who freeload

it could be done very fairly so that those on dial-ups who nevertheless allow for consistent uploads score at least as well if not better than those on fast/high bandwidth connections who are miserly with what they allow for
