I am cable and still most all the QoS bars are part red when I search for movies is there anyway to make them go green cause that is really starting to ****ing **** me off... ty for you help if you do any.

i have same problem, want everything perfect before i push download, then i only select one person to download from cause i dont want to cause any problems and will help to make the network perfect cause i am perfect and a little bit of a dweeb thanks

The bars are red because they are busy. Most people sharing movies are busy almost all the time. Trying leaving it on overy night, by the morning normally you can get in to download.
