Music files mislabelled deliberately.

What kind of person deliberately misnames music files then puts them into the system? What possible benefit can they get. I went looking for the song 'PUFF THE MAGIC DRAGON' by Peter, Paul & Mary, must of the copies I downloaded were The Momma's & Pappa's. I have found the same with many other songs. I would imagine that the same thing happens with other types of files, movies, pictures, documents. I just don't understand why! Does anybody have a possible answer.
