Hello everyone.

I purchased Bearshare Pro through Paypal, and didn't realize that the email address I had on file was my old one. Any way, a few days later I had to reinstall windows. Well, when I went to install Bearshare, I needed a new key, but it said it would send it to my registration email! So, I emailed support and gave them all my information and then requested a new key to my new email, and asked that they change my registration email to my new account. It is going on 7 days, and I haven’t heard anything except for those automated responses. I keep leaving replies, but no one answers.

So, here I am with Pro, and I can’t use it because support won’t answer me. The support with Bearshare sucks! Anyone else had this problem?

...uh, no one else has had this problem...ever? I find that hard to believe.

They're under new management now and it's a long weekend so I'm not
surprised. Try demanding a refund and notify PayPal of your situation.
