Bearshare Acting up for a first...
 

K so it installed the bearshare updater onetime... and so i uninstalled it cuz i hate the flashy thing... and stuff happened... one when i install it says i do NOT have adminstrative privileges... so im confused right there... cuz im on the account i do all my installing on... so i try to uninstall what remains but ccleaner couldn't find the installer... so i go to the folder and it won't let me in... says access is denied...not sure if it's related but on my sisters profile (the only other profile we have) I can't access ccleaner or bearshare program file folders... i used to be able to access both.

I went to safe mode chose administrator and bearshare had the same issue.... I can install bearshare have the error come up and it won't install the other files but i can open bearshare and run it.

Also since it will let me run bearshare I did but it said i was running bearshare free (normally the lite versions off of filehippo went to bearshare pro right away) now it says bearshare lite... Maybe thats one of the files it didn't download (something that looks for my key?) But yeah im clueless.

Have you tried to reboot in Save Mode and then uninstalling it? When in Save Mode and after uninstalling I'd reckon searching for all remaining files via START>Search...>For Files and Folder..... using bs or bearshare as search query and then deleting any file found....(include also hidden files into your search).

Ironic... I'm stuck in safe mode because of a windows fatal error (oh no!)... it goes to a computer repair man soon because microsoft can't help... ill see what i can find and ill tell him to try and remove bearshare crap he finds... and i hope you mean safe mode lol you said save mode.
