Upgrading my subscription

Hi, I have a regular monthly subscription to bearshare but I was wondering how to upgrade to the "ToGo" subscription. in the tab where it says buy a subscription, it's grayed out, so i dont know how to upgrade... how do i?

I think they have online help. Somewhere in the menus you will find a link to chat with a rep.
