I PM'd File_Girl72 earlier, hopefully she will have an idea what the problem is.

On XP mine took a little longer to turn back than usual (over a minute), but the clock did turn back to today's date. Likewise on Windows 7. But Windows on this machine runs quite slow since it's a mac. Windows 2000 was much faster.
