FileCloud keeps losing my files
 

I was a member of iFileIt but since the site became FileCloud my files vanish at an astonishing rate. I return to the site 2 months later to find many files just vanished. I upload the files again, only to find some of those and some others have vanished 2 months after that. How can they call themselves a hosting site. Support tells me they use redundant drives whatever that means.
