"Camera roll" All of a sudden "camera roll" in Windows 10 won't work. When I open it in Pictures Folder, it tells me "this folder is empty." On the other hand, I can view all my thumbnails in the Pictures Folder -- no problem there. Usually I can catch myself in video mode when I open "camera roll". So, what's gone wrong now? Many thanks for helping a newbie. Joe Busuttil |
I don't have Windows 10 so cannot check for this. But chances are the settings have changed as you previously experienced. Open up the program's preference settings & see if there is setting that applies to your issue. For example, there might be a setting that sets to open images by default instead of videos. Often (for many programs) when you get the pop-up menu to choose directory, it will also have a drop-down menu with file-types to look for. This might be the reason. Else, the default opening directory has changed and you are looking in the wrong directory but the directory has a similar name. |
Thks for prompt reply, but am afraid I don't quite follow your directions. Have been on Windows 10 for over a year now, and this problem never cropped up before now. Joe Busuttil |
