well if it werent completely legit, dont you think the band would do somethin to take it down and off their own website? maybe if the band isnt takin action its alright by them so its ok. its a completely legit, free, w/ no virus/popups and you can download it without a problem. so it fits into your standards.

but i can appreciate your concern.
