Default Thanks, but.....

Thanks to Lord of the Rings for your help. Yes, I messed up. I purchased LW through a website called TV.org. At the time I had not even heard of LimeWire. I paid 55.00 for this. But i did go back and downloaded the Pro version for 18.88. So, does this mean LW does not have movies and playstation games? If not, do you know of a legit. website where you can download movies and playstation games?

Thanks for your help.

LW is p2p which is sharing b/w other people like you & I. I think this is a legit movie site: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0387564/ but at a closer site I think it's more a review site. It does have links (check merchandising), for purchasing of dvd's at discount rates.

Someone else might be able to advise you. I watch many of my movies thru blockbuster.

If there were such a legit site then the Playstation-game-making people would loose tons of money, so I don't think so. I'm not to say that -if you're lucky- you can't find any in LW, but I wouldn't swear on it.
Movies are available, but it's the same issue with games: unless they ain't licenced, it ain't legit to dld them.

Default Thank you

Thank you all for the information. I was hoping there was a site for games and movies that is legit. I don't mind paying for them, I would just rather they be a little cheaper so that you can purchase more than just one at a time. I guess I'm being a tight-wad aren't I?
