How do I transfer files to my MP3 player ?

I am totally computer illiterate therefore when you respond to my question please respond as though you were commuinicating with an eight year old kid.

I have some music files in limewire that say "saved files" . question is :

Now starting from square one . . . . . . how do i transfer the files into my MP3 player ?
