Question scam or confused
hi all cheers 4 the repelys 2 my earlier question, well i went on a website and it charged me £1.00 a mounth ( £11.99 a year) 2 uselimewire, is this right as i was told it was all free?

Hi keepmehappy,
If you paid for the basic version of LimeWire then I'm afraid you were scammed. You only pay for LimeWire Pro. Where did you get your version from? If you look at my post in your earlier thread, it tells you where to download the basic version for free.

well i went to google and searched 4 limewire, it came up and a website calling itself limewire, just like the 1 in ur link, said it cost etc and i just d/l it!
