I just want to know how to control the number of uploads at one time. Please Help !!!!!!!! Not new but just reinstalled LW.

I can't find a preferences tab, I used to have this main menu now I only have file tools help view and whatever. Uner option I have tried to find a way to do this and it's just not there. Is is maybe because its a different version of LW?

On mac, with brushed skin, it is limewire> preferences. I think it is diferent for other mac skin versions, and for windows I have no idea!... what are you using?

I am using windows xp, and no where on my start up page is there a preferences tab

I finally solved my own dilemma, thanks for the help. It was under the options tab then uploads then slots, thanks again.

i'm glad you've sorted it out ... I tend to write preferences/options in these instances. I shall change it to options or preferences in future ....if I remember!
