New user

Have down-loaded a movie but can not pre-view...we are fairly new users can any-one help

Do you have codecs installed on your pc to allow you to view what you download? Do a search for FFDShow and istall and run it if not.

Also here's a player that already has the codecs on it and will play most videos: VLC media player
