i'm kinda new at this but i was wondering about dvd quality. i'm able to download movies and burn them but the quality is not there. the picture is fuzzy. is there a better way to ensure quality. i'm burning at 4x instead of eight but still. please help!

the speed you burn the downloaded movies at wont do anything for the picture qualety...

its just that the qualety of the movies on the network suck...people dont rip/convert them properley from the dvds, using verry low resoulution ,over compressing etc.

to avoid bad picture qualety dont download anything less than 700MB (for a full lenth eg 1hr40min movie anyway).

if your DLing smaller videos the general rule is it should be 100MB for every 10 minuts of decent video. so a 20 minut video should be no less than 200 MB for good qualety.

the larger the file size , the better the picture .
