putting tunes onto my phone help??

can any one tell me how i can put the songs i have downloaded onto my phone????
or into a file on my desk top???

DO U HAVE EITHER, BLUETOOTH, INFRA RED, OR A CABLE FOR YOUR PHONE? THEN SOFTWARE THAT CAME WITH PHONE WILL TELL YOU HOW, IF YOU WANT TO SAVE FILES ON YOUR DESKTOP THEN LEFT CLICK FILE AND DRAG TO DESKTOP.
