I've read one of the members that posted on here et voilà's posts about refunds, but they're trying to tell me on ACM that I can't get a refund becuz I went over 30 days of waiting, which isn't true. I've been contacting them for over 30 days or so asking for one.

I sent them another email. I doubt I get anything back since they're scammers, but I figured I'd try.
