Can I recover deleted songs (mp3 files)

My youngest deleted files (songs) in Limewire library. These songs were not sent to Recycle bin! Can I recover these deleted files?
(O crap, I'd hate to have to download that many files :eek: again)

Thanks, I was able to download freeware (PC inspector) and recover most of my music)
