Help how to get music from Limewire to ITUNES so that I can download into my IPOD?

I'm new to all this and I could use a little help. I have been using Limewire for about a year, and recently purchased a 30g IPOD. My problem is that I don't have a clue how to get music from Limewire to ITUNES so that I can download into my IPOD. Any help would be appreciated.
