Help Me Please I Have No Idea Wat To Do

hey um if anyone could help me would be great umm my limewire is screwed
everytime i go 2 open it my whole screen goes black and i cant do nefin 2 get rid of it i have 2 restart 2 get rid of it and i cannot download anyything :confused:
hopefully someone can help if thats enough info thanks xxxx
