Yeah they've been getting away with murder haven't they. It's all been a "scare" campaign by the RIAA.

I did wonder what Sleepless meant too ... but knowing him as I do .. I think he thought there could be a good chance that the fine he would get would be negative lol :)

Can't remember writing that I must admit (weekend at 5.something AM), but I stand by it. Given location, laws, knowledge, contacts and just being the most stubborn person alive. I would make their life a living hell, before they got one cent out of me.
