Control Pannel?????????????????

ok so i dont know how this happened but it did when i tried to open control pannel its ok but when i try to open the user acounts it says the error " Automation server can't create object"??????????? i have no clue what that means and why it happened to my computer .............now i cant switch accounts or do anything to them "I" need help .................................................. .................................anyone!!!!!!!!!

Please wat can i do to fix this messs
