hello to all (upgraded, lost Pro)

I have had limeWire Pro for over a year and did the latest upgrade.Now I do not have pro and the website says it can not recognize my e-mail address.Has this happened to anyone else, and how do I get back Pro?I already paid the so called one time fee.Confused!
