using iTunes on a PC, unable to burn CD

I have an Acer Aspire 3000, running windows xp. I was able to download the current iTunes software and purchase 11 songs. But, when I attempt to burn to CD i quickly get an error message that says, "The attempt to burn a disc failed. An unknown error has occured (-50)."

I have also attempted to troubleshoot from the support page with no luck. Any help would be most welcome

I don't think you are allowed to burn purchased music. I'm not sure because I've never purchased music online. It has to do with DRM I believe.

hmmmm...then they're flat out lying

There is a burn to CD feature in the program. You are supposed to be able to make 7 CD burns per purchased aac file. I have a low resolution solution to the problem, but I feel cheated. I won't be using the program to purchase songs again.

Since when do you use LimeWire to purchase songs? You use your browser for that. lmao So are you going to stop using your browser.

Here's a very recent article concerning a bill that would make crippled DRM usage illegal...
