Smile Hi im having a problem

Hi im having a problem ..i had limewire for years and i have not had a problem with it until a few days ago this really annoying message keeps popping up every 1 minute and i have unistalled limewire completely but the message keeps on popping up ...what do i do to get rid of this stupid message.. i have run a virus scan but it has not picked up anything so what can i do??? please help

Hello, it says that LimeWire has detected a firewall and I cannot download anything it seems. How do I get things working again without compromising my security. Thanks.

Don't know what firewall you've got but with all of them you have to make Limewire an exception, i.e. whenever you firewall detects LW your exception will let it through to the Internet.

Your firewall user-guide will let you know how to set up an "exception".
