Hi i just downloaded limewire. Does anyone know how i can stop my children looking at or downloading anything adult related?

Any help would be most apprecaited.

1 PUT COMPUTER in PUBLIC AREA - DO NOT put in their bedroom
let your kids show you what they do on net, as well as ask then show you net if you are unfamiliar with it THERE NO REASON TO HAVE COMPY in THEIR room

2 check/uncheck filer area asks -BLOCK ADULT SITES
just because you block the downloads the kids will undo it , but at least its ON

3 SEE #1 its your responsibility to protect your child ,
put computer in a public room of house, watch the kids, get something like net nanny any yes kids these days will try get round it so WATCH THE KIDS
and if its your computer put a pass on it on start up if not SEE #1 and WATCH THE KIDS
